Hearst Air Service has been owned and operated by the Veilleux family since 1977. The Carey Lake airbase is located 16 miles west of Hearst on Highway # 11, where memorable outdoor, wilderness experiences are just a short flight away.

Hearst Air's outpost fishing has been featured on TV fishing shows and in fishing magazines. Hearst Air Service offers a variety of remote fly-in fishing, hunting and canoeing packages or can "customize" trips for its clientele.
Hearst Air Service's outpost camps are located in Northern Ontario's unspoiled wilderness and accessible only by float plane. With only one outpost camp at each of these remote sites, solitude, serenity, privacy and a communion with nature are assured.
